At the heart of our team’s core values is a simple yet powerful belief: we serve first.
What does this mean to us? It’s about putting community, friends, and clients first—offering help without any expectation of gaining business in return. We approach every interaction with gratitude and a mindset of abundance, aiming to add value, solve problems, and brighten someone’s day in even the smallest way.
This perspective drives us to act as a trusted resource for our community. Realtors are natural connectors, and we embrace that role wholeheartedly. Whether we “know a guy” or need to find the right person for the job, we’re always ready to help.
Over the past year, we’ve had the privilege of connecting neighbors and friends with a wide range of resources—many tied to real estate, but some well beyond it. It’s a role we treasure, and we’re always here to help.
A few examples beyond the real estate realm include:
Eldercare consultant services for aging parents
Resume writing consultants
Corporate head hunters
1031 exchange companies
CPAs
Investment advisors
Within real estate we have made connections such as:
Realtors in other cities (27 times in 2024!)

If we don’t have a specific vendor for the service you need, don’t worry! Through our extensive network and communication with colleagues, we can usually find what you’re looking for quickly. Just last week, a client asked for a real estate agent in Cape Cod, and within a few hours, we provided two strong options.
When we share a vendor with you, we encourage you to mention that you were referred by us. Many of the vendors we work with know us well, as we regularly work with them on tasks like prepping listings, helping buyers obtain bids for their future homes, or assisting clients with repairs and maintenance on their rental properties. These established partnerships often lead to prompt service and competitive pricing, ensuring you receive the high-quality experience we trust and expect.
That said, we always advise taking a moment to check online reviews, just to ensure everything aligns with your expectations. While we trust our network, it's important to verify for your peace of mind.
Clients often ask, “Do I need three bids?” The answer is “sometimes,” but usually not. Over time, we’ve already vetted and filtered out vendors who deliver subpar work or poor value. If a vendor is on our list, it’s because they’ve consistently met our high standards for quality, value, and professionalism.
We’ve also been asked to create a simple email list of vendors, but we prefer to keep recommendations dynamic and current. Sending out a static PDF would make it difficult to manage updates—vendors might move, change pricing, or decline in service quality. Some vendors also need a bit of context. For example, one might offer the lowest pricing but require hands-on management. While we’re comfortable handling that oversight, it could be overwhelming for a first-time homebuyer who’s new to the process.
Don’t ever hesitate to reach out with questions or requests for a recommendation—we truly love helping! Whether it’s your first inquiry or your fifth, connecting you with the right resources, solving problems, and offering guidance are some of the most rewarding parts of what we do. Being your go-to resource is a privilege, and we’re always happy to assist. You’re never a bother—this is what we’re here for!
We are delighted to be your guides to Austin and Austin real estate!
Cheers,
Jen & the team
